This is the Sony Mavica MVC-FD200 Dual Media digital camera. This 2.0MP beast is from 2002 and can use both the original Sony Memory Stick or 3.5″ floppy discs, the latter of which can hold approximately six pictures.
All of the controls, including LCD Backlight, program mode, and media format are easily accessible if not the most ergonomic. Battery life is good, the replacement Turpow 7.2v 2900mAh unit has only been charged once since I started messing around with the camera a few weeks ago. I did not own an original Sony Memory Stick and had to order one here.

The Mavica has built-in effects that can be previewed on the screen. From left to right: solarized, black & white, negative, and sepia.
Mid to far focus works well, but close-up work struggles mightily.
