Aside from the Voigtlander Bessa-L, the Nikon L35AF is the most modern of the cameras in my collection. I was lucky enough to receive this as a freebie when I acquired my Riken Steky Modell II. I knew very little about it and was surprised at what a capable camera it is.
The 5-element f2.8 lens is the highlight of this camera, but the fit, finish, and feel do not disappoint.
