This is the Kodak Retina Reflex (type 025), introduced in 1957.
This well-built SLR is a hefty addition to the other Kodak Retinas in the collection. It is actually my second Reflex, the other being a non-functional Retina Reflex S. In the course of updating my camera inventory, the issue became evident and I ordered this Reflex, sans lens.
Thankfully the first gen Retina Reflex cameras can use lens from other Retina cameras (Retina IIc, IIC, and IIIC) and I swapped one from my IIc.
While everything on this camera works, including the meter, I opted to use the Light Meter app on my phone when running the first roll so as to have a baseline for future ones when using the built-in meter.

The Retina Reflex manual can be found here.
