The Kodak Retina line contains some of my favorite cameras, due in no small part to the second camera in my collection, my great-grandmother’s Type 126. I find Retinas to have some of the best hand-feel of any pocketable cameras.
As with all folding Retinas I have had the pleasure of using, the IIc has excellent build quality, having been produced by Kodak-owned Nagel Camerawerke in Stuttgart, Germany.
This particular IIc, as some of you will no doubt notice, is not entirely correct. It came with the f2 Xenon lens, likely from a IIIc. It will be interesting to see what results from this combination.

Not yet, I have a rather large backlog of cameras to get through.
