This camera has been unused and in storage since the late 1950’s, the last still camera of a photographer father who passed away at a young age. It is pristine, everything looks and functions as it did on the day it left the factory.
Fit and finish is exceptional, even compared to my favorite Kodak Retina I type 126. The rangefinder is interesting in that it is, internally, helically attached to the focus ring. There are wonderful small touches, like the support stand at the rear of the camera and the screw in cap on the tripod mount.

Well, that’s a true beauty! How could it been stored for 50 years?
It was always in a climate controlled room and no one else in the family tried to use it. The daughter was finally going through her father’s things and decided to sell.
